We have approxiamtely 40 helmets for the Factory SALE. Many of these helmets are some of our Best Selling helmet models. Unfortunately, we have no way of limiting the purchases of each helmet. Inevitably this will result in multiple orders for the same helmet. For that, we APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE. We have a team of 6 watching each transaction and manually adding and removing SOLD OUT helmets in real time. There are going to be some customers who pay for a helmet that were previously ordered by another customer.

**If you ordered a helmet that was already SOLD OUT, you will get an immediate refund - even if the transaction is completed successfully**

THE BEST WAY TO AVOID DUPLICATE ORDERS IS TO CONTINUALLY HIT THE REFRESH BUTTON ON YOUR WEB BROWSER, PRIOR TO ADDING THE HELMET TO YOUR SHOPPING CART. This is the best way to see what is available, and what has already been sold.

We will be updating the Factory SALE listings in real time on Monday, as fast as we can. Please bear with us as work to get everyone taken care of as smoothly as possible. We know that there will be some people who will get left out, and there will be some who will get their order cancelled and refunded. A lot of thought and effort went into making this SALE as smooth as possible, but we cannot please everyone.

The Seer Helmet Factory SALE is a chance to get your hands on a Seer Helmet at deeply discounted prices. The helmets vary in color, size, model, and type. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All sales are final. When they are gone, they are gone.

The sale begins promptly at 10am MDT on Monday, 11/21/2022.

• What helmets are available for the Factory SALE?

  • The helmets have been hand selected for the SALE by our in-house helmet team.

• What models are available for the Factory SALE?

  • There are Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber models available.

• What colors are available for the Factory SALE?

  • We have Black/White, Custom Colors, Solid Colors, and even some Flame Trim Helmets.

• What is the condition of the helmets?

  • Some helmets are in Very Good/Excellent condition. Most helmets are in New/Unused condition.

• Why were these helmets chosen for the SALE?

  • The helmets in the SALE may have been returned for a different size or color. They may have never been worn, and some have only been worn once. Some of the helmets may have very slight cosmetic flaws in the paint and/or clear coat.

• If I order a helmet, when will it ship?

  • The helmets chosen for the Factory SALE are built and ready to ship. All orders will ship within 1-3 days of ordering.

• What if the helmet I ordered doesn’t fit?

  • Unfortunately all sales are final. We suggest reviewing our helmet sizing chart which can be found on our website, prior to ordering. A detailed guide for sizing instructions can be found here.

• What interior is included?

  • All helmets are included with our Cushion Padded Interior. Each helmet can accept our Comfort-Max liner, available separately.

• Can I change the visor?

  • When you check out you can select the visor of your choice. However, those helmets with a patent leather visor cannot be changed to a snap-on visor and vise versa.

• I ordered my helmet, when can I expect it?

  • All orders will ship by FedEx Ground. You will receive an email from FedEx as soon as your order has shipped.
