Sizing Chart for Seer Helmets

  • Using a cloth tape measure placed in the center of your forehead, measure all the way around your head.
    • IMPORTANT: Do not use string, steel tape measure, ribbon, or any other measuring device other than a cloth tape measure.

This sizing chart is for Super Seer brand helmets only. 

  • Write down the result in inches or centimeters.
  • Use the sizing chart, convert your measurement to the nearest helmet size.
  • PLEASE NOTE: X-Large sizes are NOT returnable. Please verify an X-Large size prior to ordering.

Every Seer Helmet is manufactured with permanent size and Date of Manufacture (DOM) markings. The helmet size is indented into the black ABS plastic inner shell and is located at the top-center rear of the helmet. The DOM is heat stamped into the leather and is located on right-hand, inner surface of the helmet harness. If you need help locating the size or DOM on your helmet, please contact Super Seer.

With safety being the #1 factor, it is our policy that all helmets should be replaced between 2 and 3 years. This recommendation is based off the Motorcycle Safety Foundation report on helmets. The Motorcycle Safety foundation suggests, “Replacing any helmet that has been dropped onto a hard concrete surface, regardless of no obvious damage. Helmets will deteriorate over a period of time. The MSF suggests "replacing helmets three years old, regardless of how new they appear." Additional information can be found at www.msf-usa.org. Based upon recommendations by California Highway Patrol and the extensive duty use of a motor helmet, the maximum life of a Police motorcycle helmet is 3 years with 2 years the recommended replacement interval for departments. Other factors affecting helmet life to consider are daily use, heat and humidity environments. As in any petro-chemical product the resins become brittle with age as the molecules migrate out of the material. This affects the elasticity, changing the impact and energy absorption capabilities of the helmet. Because of these and other factors, we strongly recommend replacing any helmet every three years.

We want you to be satisfied with every Super Seer purchase. Most products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipment of the product. All Super Seer returns are subject to the approval of management. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment or as merchandise credit. If a product was purchased through a dealer, please contact the dealer directly to arrange for a return.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are worn, used, abused, or damaged
  • Items that are marked as non-returnable on your quote or invoice
  • Shipping costs

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Super Seer at: 1-800-645-1285, or email sales@superseer.com for an RMA number. Refunds for returns without prior authorization may be significantly delayed. RMAs for returns will be valid for 30 days. Therefore, returns must be received at our factory in Evergreen, CO within 30 days from the RMA issue date to receive full credit. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed.   • Online orders are processed internally the following business day. 
  • In stock accessory items are shipped within 2-3 business days. 
  • In stock motorcycle helmets are shipped within 1 week (stock items).

Custom motorcycle helmets are made to order and will ship between 4-12 weeks after the order has been placed. Please give us a call at 1-800-645-1285 for current lead times. Most motorcycle helmet orders are made to order, so please be patient with us as work to produce your helmet as fast as possible.

Yes! Please give us a call at 1-800-645-1285 and we would be glad to give you a status update. Unfortunately, there is no way to track the status of your order online. We do not have the capabilities to update each order’s progress through our production progress. You won’t hear anything from us because we are working hard to produce and ship your order as fast as possible.

  • All small items will ship by FedEx 2-Day Air. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from FedEx with your tracking information.
  • All helmet orders will ship by FedEx Ground. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from FedEx with your tracking information.
    • Shipments will require an Adult Signature for delivery. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, you can request to have the shipment held at a FedEx location of your choice (ex: FedEx Office, Walgreens, etc).
