We want you to be satisfied with every Super Seer purchase. Most products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipment of the product. All Super Seer returns are subject to the approval of management. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment or as merchandise credit. If a product was purchased through a dealer, please contact the dealer directly to arrange for a return.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that are worn, used, abused, or damaged
- Items that are marked as non-returnable on your quote or invoice
- Shipping costs
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Super Seer at: 1-800-645-1285, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number. Refunds for returns without prior authorization may be significantly delayed. RMAs for returns will be valid for 30 days. Therefore, returns must be received at our factory in Evergreen, CO within 30 days from the RMA issue date to receive full credit. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed.
