His arrival marks a pivotal moment for our third-generation, family-owned company as we continue to build on our legacy of American craftsmanship and innovation.

Meet Eric Seedman

Eric’s professional journey is as deep as it is dynamic. A former CPA with a passion for solving big challenges, Eric has spent the last 30+ years helping companies—both entrepreneurial startups and large public firms—scale smartly, streamline operations, and lead with purpose. His track record includes product development, organizational alignment, sales optimization, and executive leadership across multiple industries.

But ask anyone who knows Eric, and they’ll tell you: he’s not just a numbers guy. He’s a people person. His unique ability to turn colleagues into collaborators—and customers into friends—makes him a rare leader in today’s business world.

Eric is equally passionate about giving back. He’s been an active supporter of charitable organizations such as Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and the Porchlight Family Justice Center in Lakewood, Colorado—both of which provide essential resources to families and individuals facing adversity.

When he’s not helping lead a business or support a cause, Eric is off the grid—literally. He’s an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time backpacking, exploring remote trails, and enjoying the Colorado wilderness with a deep appreciation for nature, solitude, and adventure.
