A message from the President of Super Seer Corporation.
Super Seer Corporation remains open for business during the COVID-19 pandemic. For over 52 years Super Seer Corporation has been and will continue to be absolutely committed to remaining open in good and bad times. We understand the work and the challenge that our first responders are faced with, and we stand ready to help them in this difficult time. Many police officers will be graduating from police academies in the next few days, and they will be facing uncertain times. What is certain is that they will have a Seer Helmet to protect them now and in the future.
We have been in direct contact with our raw materials suppliers. We have expressed our determination to continue operations through this time, and we have requested that they continue to provide us with raw materials needed to manufacture high quality, American made law enforcement products. Since our raw materials are sourced from USA suppliers, the shut down in China will not affect our daily operations.
We continue to take steps and precautions in order to protect the safety and well-being of our employees, their families, our partners and customers, while also ensuring that our business is fully operational, and to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is unavoidable that some employees may take extended time off during this time. It is our top priority to ship orders as quickly and with the same amount of quality that you have come to expect for over 52 years. However, some orders may be delayed due to this challenging time.
We are committed to manufacturing and delivering current orders as soon as possible. We are accepting new orders, and we will deliver these in accordance with our standard lead times.
We want to reassure our customers that our offices and helmet factory will remain open for business.
