Step 2

Copy and send your CPD Police ID card by either FAX to 303-674-8540 or email to sales@superseer.com. We will not process your order without this information!
Your new CPD ballistic helmet with face shield will come complete with the Chicago Police Star affixed to the helmet. (Star numbers will be provided at graduation.)

Step 3

Your order confirmation with your order id# will be emailed immediately once the order has been placed.

***IMPORTANT: Please try on your helmet immediately after receiving it. All size exchange requests must be made within 30 days after receiving the helmet.***

• Where's my order confirmation?
  • Please check your Junk/Spam folder for an email from sender@omniaagency.net. 
• What if I did not receive an order confirmation?
  • If you do not immediately receive an order confirmation via email your credit card was declined.
  • ***PLEASE NOTE: You must enter the billing address of your credit card in the BILLING INFORMATION fields. If you do not enter your billing address associated with your credit card, the credit card will come back as declined. Most credit card declines are becuase the billing zip code entered on the website does not match the billing zip code associated with the credit card ***
• How long will my order take?
  • Lead Time is 4 weeks to manufacture your order. Please allow sufficient time to receive your helmet for Class Inspection/Graduation.
• How is my order shipped?
  • Starting with Recruit Class# 23-10A, orders will NOT be shipped to the CPD Academy. Instead all helmets will be shipped via FEDEX GROUND to the address of your choice.
  • Shipments will require an Adult Signature for delivery. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, you can request to have the shipment held at a FedEx location of your choice (ex: FedEx Office, Walgreens, etc).   • FEDEX tracking numbers will be emailed once the helmets has shipped.

The S1711-CPD ballistic helmet with an Aramid shell and face shield is developed exclusively to meet the exacting standards of Law Enforcement Professionals. Developed exclusively for Chicago Police Department specifications and the only approved CPD Recruit/Duty Helmet with CPD Star Emblem affixed beneath high gloss clear urethane hardcoat during manufacturing. The Seer S1711-CPD Ballistic Helmet includes the following:
1)  CPD Light Blue painted Ballistic Shell with smooth surface, high gloss clear
     coat and CPD Star affixed under high gloss clear coat.
2)  Upgraded CPD riot face shield with Neoprene rubber liquid seal and face
     shield cover. Face shield includes Lazer-Shield laser beam protective strip.
3)  Upgraded Ear/Neck protector for S1711 Ballistic Helmet.
4)  Cordura helmet carrying bag.
