Use a cloth tape measure placed in the center of your forehead. Measure all the way around your head. Do not use string, steel tape measure, ribbon, or any measuring tool other than a cloth tape measure. If you are between sizes, size up one size. Example: 24 1/2" would fit better in a 2XL size.
